Data Analyst, Improvement Analytics Unit | Health Foundation
Fixed-term to 31 March 2019; flexible start date
Covent Garden, London
Full-time, 37.5 hrs or Part-time
Salary: £32, 093 – £36, 225 per annum, with excellent benefits
The Improvement Analytics Unit is an innovative new partnership between the Health Foundation and NHS England that will provide rapid, quantitative feedback on the progress being made by local health care projects in England. These projects are working to improve care and efficiency as part of major national programmes, such as the New Care Models.
We have an exciting opportunity for a data analyst to join our team. The successful applicant will have a degree in statistics or related analytical subject and an interest in evaluating complex changes in health and social care, using innovative and robust statistical methods. Some experience of producing high-quality analysis, for example in clinical or health services research or with large data sets in other fields, is welcome but not a requirement. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, conduct analyses and contribute towards reports and peer-reviewed papers. You will need the ability to learn new skills and apply statistical, mathematical and computing techniques.
This is a full-time post but for the right candidate we will consider a part-time role.
