I coordinated the work in ATLAS so it is ready to run if sites want to
move. ATLAS has validated all the SL6 applications so there is no
objection from ATLAS if sites want to move to CentOS7. The only problem
is that the EGI middleware is not in shape yet. There are recipes to run
from CVMFS (the ECDF method) but the more standard rpm installation is
not in production yet and at the moment only TRIUMF is doing some
testing. If sites want to move with a standard installation they should
put some work to accelerate the realise of the middleware in production.
