For the first time in its history, the National Centre for Research Methods is seeking proposals for sessions at the next NCRM Research Methods Festival; which will be held in July 2018 at the University of Bath.
Session convenors must be based in a UK Higher Education Institution or an ESRC recognised research institute or independent research organisation (IRO).
Session proposals can be in any area of social science research methodology and focus on any substantive or disciplinary area but should feature research at the cutting edge of methodological development.
Sessions will be 90 minutes in duration and should include up to 4 presentations, with time allowed for discussion. NCRM will fund standard travel, subsistence and accommodation for UK convenors and speakers. NCRM will consider proposals which include overseas speakers. However, budgets for attendance of overseas speakers will be subject to negotiation between NCRM and applicants prior to a proposal being accepted.
Please submit your 500 word proposals to Penny White at [log in to unmask]
Deadline: 3pm Thursday 27th April 2017
