Hello FSL experts,
I need to run several hundred simple whole brain tractographies for the same subject (one seed each time, no waypoints/exclusions/targets). Because the seeds are small, and we are using probtrackx2_gpu, the main time sink is actually loading the bedpost samples (which takes 3-4 times as long as the actual tracking). Over the course of several subjects, this bottleneck adds up to a lot of wasted time. I was wondering if it is possible to run multiple tractographies without needing to reload the bedpost samples each time.
Thank you very much!
