Hi FSL and probtrackx experts,
I am in the process of running probtrackx and ran into an error. The error is listed below, after I describe how I had set up probtrackx.
For my participant, I included the appropriate bedpostx directory. I then selected “multiple masks” and included my left occipital mask and right occipital mask. These were created in a MNI T1 1mm brain extracted template, so I then selected “seed space is not diffusion” and included the appropriate xsfm file (str2diff.mat). Following this, I then created a participant specific folder called ID#_probtrackx and set that as the output directory.
I kept the default number of samples at 5000, and the curvature threshold as 0.2, and included verbose. Also, I am running this from the GUI.
It crashes immediately with the following error (see below). After searching for similar issues on the FSL support forum, I have not come across a similar issue. Any ideas what the problem is and how to correct it?
Thank you!
Best,
Victor
