Dear Wi Hoon,
the CAT12 manual and the online html help ("Quick start guide") will give you more information:
- extract ROI-based surface values using CAT12->Extract ROI Data->Extract ROI-based Surface Values
- use Analyze ROIs
Furthermore, the latter function also works for VBM data, where the ROI-based values are automatically extracted during preprocessing.
Best,
Christian

I found significant group differences in some regions. I'd like to use these regions as ROIs to investigate whether there are some correlations between cortical thickness in these regions and participants' cognitive functions. I wonder how to extract cortical thickness values from these ROIs showing group differences.
