Dear Seda,
The PostScript file is only created if the Graphics window is open when
motion correction is being estimated. And in SPM12, realignment will not
create this window if it's not already existing.
There are many scripts available to recreate the figure, see for example
this one from Marko Wilke:

Hopefully in the near future, we will have alternative ways to review
results that are a bit more convenient:
