Dear Baozhu
There is an author called Sue Cowley who has written books about this kind of thing. The one I would recommend is ‘Getting the Buggers to Behave’. I found it really helpful. Have a read of that and look her up online for tips etc on the website.
You need to get the school involved here, though. Don’t feel that you can’t ask about this, as you need to get them onboard. It might help for a colleague to see what strategies would help here. The school should have strategies in place to cope with misbehaviour. Dynamics in a classroom are always difficult, and it may be only one child that sets it all off. The other thing you could do is ask if you could observe other lessons to see how other teachers cope and what strategies they use. It’s a journey...
Best of luck - hope things get better for you.
