Apologies for missing this meeting - firefighting the effects of the AFS

I wanted to highlight something here - on Thursday 26 January the
network people in Cambridge turned on their shiny new IPS units (in
detect rather than filter mode). This caused my perfSonar bandwidth
measurements to plateau at ~1Gbps. After I raised the issue they added
an exemption for my subnet and the numbers returned to normal. You can
see the effect in eg.
https://serv04.hep.phy.cam.ac.uk/perfsonar-graphs/graphWidget.cgi?source=131.111.66.196&dest=130.246.47.130&url=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fesmond%2Fperfsonar%2Farchive%2F#timeframe=1m
I'm raising this because it may have an impact on the DiRAC data
transfers when they eventually happen.
