Dear Colleagues,
The three talk model of shared decision making, published in 2012, has been used as a teaching tool in workshops, and in the development of further measurement tools. During that time the model has been criticized, and changes have been suggested.
After consultation with colleagues we wish to seek views on a revised model, and offer an opportunity to contribute to a revision. The information sheet for the study can be viewed below our signatures.
Please use the link below to take you to more information and to an online survey, which we estimate will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You may leave your email address if you wish or you can remain anonymous.
