Hi Elena,
thanks for the hint, but when I superimpose the mask and the volume,
the volume becomes completely covered by the mask, so, I do not see what
might be wrong. How much bigger than the volume does it have to be? I
have tried various values for --ini_threshold going from 0.0001 to 0.1
and I always get the same error!
