Applications are invited for a Lecturer position in Data Science. This is a broad area at the intersection of computer science, statistics, mathematics and systems engineering. We are looking for a candidate who complements our existing activities and pursue world-class research in areas such as data management, mathematical foundations of statistical inference, deep learning, data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualisation and algorithmic accountability.
The Lecturer will be expected to actively contribute both to the MSc in Data Science and more generally to undergraduate teaching in Computer Science. The candidate should have a PhD in an appropriate research area with a solid publication record. We welcome applications from early career researchers.

Salary: £37,075 to £46,924 Per annum
