Good afternoon.
I recently read a decision on the scope of EIRs which compared trying to limit the definitions of elements of the environment to saying that Donaldson v Stephenson should be restricted to cases involving snails and bottles. Now I can't find it! Does anyone know which one it is?
I think it's a Tribunal or court decision.
Best wishes
Susan.
