Hi Andy,
Having SPM kill Lead-DBS is indeed a bit unfortunate... Would you be
able to figure out in the SUIT toolbox what it is that makes it
necessary to have the SPM interface open? Usually having SPM in the path
and having executed these two lines is enough:
spm defaults fmri
spm_jobman initcfg
