Summary
Catchments in Trust is a high profile National Trust programme in joint partnership with the Environment Agency in England, and with Natural Resources Wales. The overall aim of the programme is to deliver improved land and water management through engaging others for the benefit of people and wildlife. The various projects under Catchments in Trust will work at a ‘landscape’ scale using the catchment as a natural unit for land and water management.
What you'll be doing
This role is to provide the data management, analysis and visualisation to support all aspects of the programme. Project funding has been secured for the initial planning stages of the project which is reflected in the fixed-term nature of the position. National Trust are currently seeking funding for full project implementation with an strong possibility that the role will be extended into this phase of the programme.
Who we're looking for
You are comfortable working with large datasets in a GIS environment with a methodical way of working. You find innovative ways to analyse and present information. You are confident in working as part of a team to deliver complex solutions in a compelling way.
