Hi FSL experts,
I am experiencing the same error when running melodic from command line and was wondering if this ever got resolved?
I have run all my rsfMRI datasets through single session ICA, run FIX using training data that I created from a sub set of my data using FIX -t and am now running group melodic via command line on the filtered_func_data_clean.nii.gz. I am trying to output d=25 but my job runs upto IC map 4 then fails producing this error message. (I am running fsl 5.0.9)

An exception has been thrown
Logic error:- detected by Newmat: index error: requested index = 0
MatrixType = Rect # Rows = 1; # Cols = 3
I have run with the --no_mm option and the job completes, but there shouldn't be anything unusual about my rsfMRI data and I am wondering what I am doing wrong that leads to mixture model fit to fail?
Any help would be really appreciated!
