Hi,
I don't know exactly why you are having this problem.
Is it still setup for "Full analysis" at the top, or did you change this to "Preprocessing"?
Also, did you setup the Registration tab and include a structural image?
A T1-weighted structural is necessary for the current distortion correction method to work.
