The Research Center for Ars Vivendi of Ritsumeikan University is organizing
a research seminar on “Disability Rights in China” at our Suzaku Campus,
Kyoto on Saturday 25 February. We have Dr. Zhang Wanhong from Wuhan
University, who heads Public Interest Development Law Institute (PIDLI) as
the speaker. Dr. Zhang, who has been leading the civil society efforts for
the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities (CRPD), will be based at the University of Tokyo from February
to April 2017.
