with the pertinent bit being the error message "ERROR:
[GFAL][gfal_init][EINVAL] Invalid request: When BDII checks are
disabled, you must provide full endpoint". Looks to me like they're
passing the --nobdii switch but not specifying the SURL fully, although
it's hard to tell as the command used isn't listed that I can see.
If this is the case I suggest this is an LHCb SAM client bug and not a
site issue, therefore our availability should be recalculated taking
this test out.
