Dear Adam,
You could go with one of the parcellation schemes derived from connectivity and/or resting-state studies. There are many atlases from different labs though, you will have to look at their papers to find out whether the parcellation can be interpreted in a meaningful manner / with regard to functionally well-defined subregions and whether they provide sufficiently fine-grained subregions for frontal lobe. See e.g. http://www.rbmars.dds.nl/CBPatlases.htm , http://ccraddock.github.io/cluster_roi/atlases.html , The Human Connectome Project, the parcellation as in Shen et al. https://www.nitrc.org/projects/bioimagesuite/ , http://www.brainmap.org/ , https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/CorticalParcellation_Yeo2011
Best regards
Helmut
