Hi all,
I've run SIENA on data from 2 experimental groups. All went well.
For the next step, I would also like to run voxelwise SIENA, so I followed the steps on the fsl SIENA webpage, which says to first run SIENA for each subject (done) and then, to run "siena_flow2st A B" for each subject.
So I'm in the directory of siena_A_to_B and then run the command, but I get the following error:

Does anyone have an idea what's going wrong and how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance!
Best wishes,
Angelique
