Call for Articles
AHMR is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed on-line journal, published by the Scalabrini Institute for Human Mobility in Africa (SIHMA) and created to encourage and facilitate the study of all aspects (socio-economic, political, legislative and developmental) of Human Mobility in Africa. Through the publication of original research, policy discussions and evidence research papers, AHMR provides a comprehensive forum devoted exclusively to the analysis of contemporaneous trends, migration patterns and some of the most important migration-related issues.
The Scalabrini Institute for Human Mobility in Africa (SIHMA) intends to publish research articles with a clear focus on Africa in one issue of AHMR on the following themes:
• Migration and development
• Migration and human rights
• Migration of unaccompanied minors
• Migration, mobility and employment
• Responsibility sharing and forced displacement
• Xenophobia, integration and social cohesion
Original scientific papers can be sent by e-mail to Dr Mulugeta Dinbabo (Chief Editor) at [log in to unmask] by 31 December 2016.
Please refer to our submission guidelines available at http://sihma.org.za/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/African-Human-Mobility-Review-AHMR_Submission-guideline1.pdf
