I never said anything about Clinton and no I don't think she's a peace maker, but that doesn't mean she's a war-monger. Foreign policy she would probably have been the same as the US usually is, underhand and duplicitous in favour of its own imagined best interest (like us). I know your thoughts on the Russian thing and I think a lot of us share them to some degree but the election of Trump has opened up a whole new bag of possible scenarios, some of which are pretty dangerous. The truth is we know nothing about what this man really thinks, and worse, he probably doesn't know himself - with such a man having access to the nuclear trigger I don't see how he is the safer option. Of course I too would have liked Sanders but we are were we are (or were they are I should say).
I think we've just entered one of those alternative history books, only this one is for real. Just not sure if I want to go on reading.
