MCG colleagues may be interested to hear about and consider applying for funding or developing a consortium for a new contract from Historic England. This will address the need to better co-ordinate the topics of research in England's heritage to maximise their impact. We do this through our support for development of Research Frameworks. See https://historicengland.org.uk/research/support-and-collaboration/research-resources/research-frameworks/ We need a new platform to help better develop, manage, integrate and promote these resources.
