Hi Andrew,
We had a similar problem earlier in the week trying to access one of our ebooks via shibboleth on Palgrave Connect. The title was Video Game Narrative and Criticism which we can't access via shibboleth. We also see the same error page as you've just reported. Unfortunately this book doesn't appear to have access enabled on the Springer website either.
Best wishes
Barbara

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Palgrave Connect eBook institution login error?
Hi All,
Is anyone else having trouble logging in to Palgrave Connect: http://www.palgraveconnect.com/ via the Institutional / Athens Login<http://www.palgraveconnect.com/pc/nams/svc/institutelogin?target=%2Fnams%2Fsvc%2Finstitutelogin%3Ftarget%3D%252Findex.html> screen?
When attempting to login via Shibboleth I'm redirected to a page on the Nature website with a 404 warning saying 'Sorry that page doesn't exist!'
The Customer Service team at Springer Nature haven't been able to replicate the problem thus far so I'm wondering if it's just us?
Thanks,
Andrew
