Hello,
I'm trying to use a non-standard atlas with atlasquery, but FSL won't recognize it as an atlas. The package does not come with a .xml file. All I've got are the following: the MNI volume image; a text file of the numerical labels; a folder of all the probability maps in MNI volume space; and all the maps in icosahedron surface space. Is it possible for me to create a .xml file so FSL can recognize and use it? If so, how do I do it? As it stands, I can view the regions in fslview, but I would really like to be able to run atlasquery or an equivalent. Does anyone have any suggestions?
For reference, I'm trying to use the "Probabilitics Maps of Visual Topography in Human Cortex" (found at scholar.princeton.edu/napl/resources).
I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks,
Emma
