My favourite (low-tech) illustration of the Norfolk coastline at that time is the attached map from Samuel Woodward 1831.
Best wishes

Subject: Mapping the Fens and Great Estuary
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to find some mapping data, ideally shapefiles that I can import into ArcGIS, which show the extent of the Fens and the Great Estuary (East Anglia) in the later Iron Age and Roman periods, would anybody on here know if these already exist and if so how can I get hold of them please?
Many thanks,
Nat
