Since the 1980s, Legal Geography has established itself as a stand-alone sub-discipline. The sub-discipline has been enriched by a range of interventions exploring the law, geography, and society nexus. Reflecting upon the history of legal geography, this session seeks to offer a forum in which participants discuss and debate the relevance of legal geographical insights for resisting social injustices at varying scales.
