The ARA Section for New Professionals is holding a ‘CV writing workshop’ at the London Canal Museum on Monday 7th November 2016 and new professionals are encouraged to attend.
The Section for New Professionals exists to support those in the first five years of a career in the record keeping professions. This includes trainees, interns, volunteers and recently qualified professionals.
The event runs from 2pm-5pm, with registration starting from 1.30pm.
Places are free but must be booked in advance. To reserve your place please visit the Eventbrite page - https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/section-for-new-professionals-cv-writing-workshop-tickets-27610377382 - and book your place by Monday 31st October.
There are 25 spaces available so we encourage you to book your place early if you would like to attend the event.
Attendees of the workshop must bring along a current copy of their CV, preferably on their laptop to fully benefit from the event.
Refreshments will be provided free of charge, and all attendees are welcome to join us for further informal networking in a nearby pub after the workshop finishes.
The London Canal Museum is located approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Future Section for New Professionals events will be held in different regions outside of London, to reach as many new professionals as possible.
