A postdoc (Experienced Researcher, ER) opportunity is being advertised.
This is a 12 month post based at TU Delft in the Netherlands, the
objective of this ER position is to develop and write manuals for the
practical application of the uncertainty frameworks together with ER4 at
CH2M (Halcrow) and ESR8 at the University of Sheffield.
This research is part of the EU-funded Marie Curie Initial Training
Network (ITN) project 'QUICS' (Grant agreement number 607000), in which
partners from various universities, research institutes and commercial
enterprises across Europe join forces to improve water quality
management by assessing the uncertainty of integrated catchment model
water quality predictions. The project involves twelve PhD students and
four post-docs.
Note the ITN eligibility requirements mean applicants cannot have lived
or worked in the Netherlands for more than 12 months in the 3 years
prior to the employment start date AND you must have a PhD or equivalent
experience, but be within the first 5 years of your research career.
Planned start date early 2017, application deadline 15th September 2016.
