I submitted my PhD last September in Barcelona. My research was an ethnography about women, partners and health professionals's experiences during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period after assisted conception in Barcelona, Spain.
I have been working in the community and hospital setting (delivery suite) as a practicing midwife in Spain since 2001. At the present moment, I work as a midwife in a delivery suite at the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona, Spain, and I am going to be doing some lectures at the University of Barcelona.
I am now in London hosted by Middlesex University (London) looking at the actual model of care in midwifery after infertility. I am very keen in an clinical academic career.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
