Hello FSL team,
Hope you're well. I just recently downloaded and installed FIX on my computer and want to run it on my resting-state fMRI data. I've run into the same error message noted in this thread:
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1509&L=FSL&F=&S=&P=138944
My logMatlab.txt file shows:
/Users/lauren/Data/HOPE_SubjMemComp_8.2016/20948_MH/20948_MH_restingstate_MELODIC_IndividualSession_8.25.ica/
60 1
Error Time: 08/30/2016 12:30:51
Error using horzcat
Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent.
file: '/Applications/fix1.06/featuremotioncorrelation.m'
name: 'featuremotioncorrelation'
line: 23
file: '/Applications/fix1.06/fix_1a_extract_features.m'
name: 'fix_1a_extract_features'
line: 88
And "No valid labelling file specified" shows up in my x11 window when I run the command using Standard.RData with a threshold of 20.
I read through the thread and tried moving and deleting other feat and /mc/ folders within my subject folder in case they were interfering with the present analyses, but nothing has worked thus far. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thank you so much!
Best,
Lauren
