Those are some great tips. I would also consider seeding - do you have any spend you can put behind the campaign to get it going? You could do this on Twitter or YouTube (using Google AdWords).
Make sure you've got standardised tweets that are going out at regular times - you can schedule these on an app like Buffer (free to schedule 10 at a time) and then keep the conversation going real-time.
Make sure you're replying to people who are using your hashtags to keep them going.
