Hello!
I have tried using dcm2nii, but am having issues getting a correct output. Supposedly, this scan was 68 direction and had 8 b0 images. When I use both mri_convert and dcm2nii, I get 17 b0 images and 137 directions. When I use dcm2nii, I get the following message:
"Warning: diffusion acquisition does not have b-0 image
Potential partial acquisition or improper segmentation of files.
Possible solution: use -c Y and use folder containing subdirectories as input or change .ini file to read: CollapseFolders=1"
I have tried using an .xml file with the -p option to see if that would help with the error message, but that did not fix the problem. I have looked at the options available in dcm2nii, and am not sure how any of these options would be applicable in my situation?
What options do you use with your multishell DICOM files? Are there any other programs I could try?
Thanks,
Derek Archer
