Running Ubuntu 12.04
fsl has been installed locally, but the binaries (for fslmerge,
fslmaths, etc..) also exist on a shared network space..
We have one machine which was set up by a former employee, which can
execute these binaries with no problems, but our new machine, which has
been given access to the shared space, gives us a segmentation fault
when we try to use the shared space binaries. Adding the local binaries
to the $PATH fixes the problem, but we would like our software to be
centralized if possible.
Any clues as to why this might be happening? The shared space is set up
as NFS, users all have read and execute permission - the issue seems to
be machine based, not user based.
