Hi FSL users,
I have a set of diffusion data that were sampled 2 times with the same gradient directions (64 directions), so the 4D DWI file contains a total of 130 volumes, 2 of which are b0s and the others are diffusion weighted (e.g. 0...64,0...64). I've been reading other posts regarding this topic, but it is not clear to me whether I should average the two sets of diffusion volumes and create a file with 65 total volumes, OR, if I can leave it as it is?
Also, if I had to remove a distorted volume from the first set, but not the second set, would I employ the averaging or would the FDT tools be able to somehow account for that?
Thanks,
