Hello,
If the referencing is not correct then by all means fix that, otherwise
it might be tolerances that you want to change.
If the peaks are currently in the correct positions relative to the
contours for the 3D spectrum, then if you change the referencing you
will want to keep the peak position constant in points, so that the
peaks shift with the contours.
But do a save before you do something just so you can go back to a known
state if it does what you do not expect.
