Dear SPM users,
I am running a structural covariance analysis using a full factorial design [diagnosis (2) x sex (2)], and I have the following covariates: (1) global grey matter values, (2) seed region intensities, (3) age, (4) IQ, and (5) data collection site. I am interested in creating contrasts for the seed region intensity covariates rather than the factors. I can see I have the option to select ‘interaction with factor 1’ or ‘interaction with factor 2’ in the batch GUI for each of the covariates which will then divide the columns to allow for contrasts, and thus can look at the effects for diagnosis and sex separately. However, is there is a way I can look at the diagnosis X sex interaction for the seed region intensity covariate within this design?
Thank you,
