Hello Esteemed MCGers
I was wondering if you could suggest any software / combo solutions to the following - tracking issues with in gallery interactives, and for that matter any museum digital issues. We are currently using Trello for reporting problems, which is working really well from the front of house point of view - our staff are using it to take photos of broken kiosks and to quickly report and comment on issues, which is great.
What I am looking for is a mechanism / process for 2nd line support which will allow us to effectively track and categorise the problems with a view to measuring downtime as a kpi.
We have a separate Trello board for this and just copy cards over from 1st to 2nd line, but I was just wondering if there is a niftier solution?
Thanks!
Mark
