Dear FSL users & experts,
My colleague and I need to run FEATs for lots of people & sessions so we're hoping to have a script which will create .fsf files for each session, based on a template.
The issue we're running into is that we have an EV that codes for incorrect responses and some people have no incorrect responses, therefore their EV txt file is empty. This causes FEAT to give an error when trying to create the GLM.
Is there a way round this? I was thinking of creating 'dummy' EVs for those scans that didn't have incorrect responses with a value of [0 0 0] or [1 1 0] (i.e. starts at 0 or 1s, lasts for 1s and weighting of 0). Would this work? Is it legitimate?
[I'm aware that I could run 2 groups of FEATS, one for those who had incorrect responses [i.e. their EV text files has values and can be included into the FEAT .fsf] and those who had no incorrect responses (i.e. empty EV text fields and cannot be included into FEAT .fsf.), but we have almost 100 sessions worth of data and it'd be a huge effort to assess them all for level of response!]
Many thanks in advance for your thoughts!
Lucia
