The School of Biology at Newcastle University is seeking to recruit a
full-time lecturer in control or engineering of metabolic processes, in
plants, animals or microbes. This post will be part of the school's
state-of-the-art Research Groups: http://www.ncl.ac.uk/biology/research.
We are looking for candidates who can deliver research and teaching of
the highest quality. You should have a strong publication record, a
proven record of grant generation and the ability to develop
collaborative research projects both within and outside the university.
You will have the experience and qualities needed to provide excellent
teaching to both undergraduate and postgraduate students and to make a
dynamic contribution to the culture and management of the School.
The position provides a great opportunity for a highly motivated
individual to develop their research and teaching career. Appointment
