Dear SPM experts:
I need to concatenate two fMRI sessions. We have four sessions in our study. However, while one of the participants was conducting the experiment, we had a failure in the scanner's computer and we had to restart it, breaking the first run into two (and having five sessions instead of four). So, in order to have the same number of sessions for all the participants, I thought that I could concatenate both "halfs" of the first run.
I've found a spm fucntion that do that (https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM/Concatenation):
scans = [X, Y] %number of scans of each session
spm_fmri_concatenate('SPM.mat', scans);
However, when I try to implement it in SPM12, maltab gives me error messages, so I assume that that function is not working anymore in that version of the program.
Is there any alternative to do so in SPM12?
Thanks in advance!
Ana
