It isn’t totally clear to me how you are generating each value - is this a 3-level analysis ( e.g. combining intra-subject runs in a second-level analysis, and then running a inter-subject analysis )? Also for all of your feat folders that have a design.lcon in them, can you let me know the contents, as well as the design.con for your group analysis?
