Dear Kate,
you probably didn't specify any main effect of interaction in the batch
interface. For this model, it would have been: Main effect: 1 and
Interaction [2 3]. Then you can use contrasts [1 1 -1 -1], [1 -1 1 -1]
and [1 -1 -1 1] to test for main effect of A, B, and AxB interaction.
This will implement a model with a pooled error term. You can also use a
model with a partitioned error term by using several one-sample t-tests
at the second level on the contrast images formed at the first level
using the same contrasts as above.
