Hi Adam
We've helped UEL develop http://data.uel.ac.uk/ with EPrints and Arkivum hosted in our data centre on the Janet network.
It's essentially two separate instances of EPrints, made to act as either publications or research data repository due to different sets of plugins being applied to each instance.
We've produced a case study, which is available here: http://ulcc.ac.uk/customer/unlocking-full-potential-eprints
Both Stephen Grace and David McElroy who worked with us on the UEL project have since moved on to London South Bank and Birkbeck respectively. If you'd like to get in touch with them, let me know and I can do a virtual introduction, unless you already know them of course.
Best wishes
Frank
