Curator of Scientific Collections
The Department of Manuscripts and University Archives at Cambridge
University Library has an opportunity for an experienced professional
archivist to take on responsibility for all aspects of the care and
curation of its scientific archives and manuscripts in physical,
digitised and born-digital form. The Library's world-class collections
include the working papers and correspondence of Charles Darwin and the
pre-eminent collection of the scientific and mathematical papers of Sir
Isaac Newton. The role-holder will also play a key part in the
development of the Library's collections of 20th and 21st-century
scientific papers.
Salary: £34,576-£46,414
