FUNDRAISING FOR ARCHIVES
Monday 26th September at The National Archives, London
Unlock funding through your Friends Group and volunteers.
There are examples within the sector of Friends Groups working in partnership with their service to enable the archive to meet it's aims; using their time, networks and skills to generate a regular income. This course looks at some of these examples and what we can learn from them.
The day will create the environment in which you can step back and consider your current working relationship with your Friends Group and your volunteers. Could you get them fundraising? What would you need to do to enable them to effectively raise money? What support is there to help you do this? These are all questions which will be answered on the day.
