Because the small VOs haven't got the manpower to write yet another
interface to yet another database ?
The ones I support rely heavily on the bdiis one way or the other to
work out which resources are accessible to them and how much data they
are allowed to store.
I'm still wondering how we will get the queue names and other minor
details in this new regime.
