Hi Marja
There are multiple ways to convert your data
as Mahmoud says, there is dcm2nii
but there is also mcverter
Or if you use matlab with SPM, you can use the 'Dicom import' function of SPM
there must be other tools, but with these three, i managed to convert all of my datas

Hi Mahmoud,
I have tried dicm2nii in matlab, but it keeps saying that there are not data files in the source.
Best,

Marja,
Have you tried dcm2nii ?
It's pretty straight forward.

Hi all,
Today I received data for my project, but unfortunately the files are in DICOM format. I have been searching on line for ways to convert them, but without succes yet. I assume it cannot be that hard, does anyone have suggestions how I can convert these DICOM folders into NII?
Thanks,
Marja
