Since I don't know the exact space group yet, it is hard to tell how many molecules (thus how many SeM) would be present in the ASU.
HKL2000 predicts P 64 2 2 or P 62 2 2 where, if it is right, 4 molecule will be present in ASU. However, as high order of tNCS was expected, the actual space group could be lower.
I deliberately tried to get MR solution in a lower space group such as P 6 or P 3 but did not get a meaningful solution yet.
Also, absence of a good MR search model adds a problem (23% sequence identity).
